In the past few week we've been receiving a lot of comments and inquiries regarding on what and how is our customization process? What are things we might need? What are the steps and how long it will take? So we decided to make a simple steps of how are we going to do your customized box, primary things to be taken noted of. Here are the ff.
First of all, you must send us your desired peg, look, theme, or orientations of images. Including the dimension of the box, type of box, size, how long is what and this. And especially it'll be much better if you already have a design to inquire with complete specifications.
After sending your design, our design team will make a digital mock up of our proposal for your desired look of your customized box. The mock up will serve as proposal for your approval or possible changes you want to be done.
After you have approved for the design, we will be sending or you can ask for a price quotation. After we have sent to you the final quotation based on the quantity of your order, and please take note that the minimum quantity order of customized boxes is 5,000 pieces per design. You will be asked to pay for the half of the total amount of your order before we proceed to the production of your orders.
Lastly, after paying 50% of the total amount, that's the time we will start our production, anticipate at least 2-4 weeks for your order be complete. Upon completion of your orders as well, on or before the delivery you to pay for the other half of the total amount of your order.
